“Bemax” stood by the Judo club “Ipon”: The donation changes the future of sports in Montenegro
The director of the company “Bemax” Miladin Mijajlović and the famous Montenegrin judoka Srđan Mrvaljević signed a donation agreement today, which supports the work of the newly founded judo club “Ipon” from Nikšić.
This step represents a significant investment in the future of Montenegrin sports, because thanks to the donation, this club will be equipped according to world standards, thus providing the best possible space for training young judokas.
Guided by a common vision of success, we decided to support the Judo club “Ipon” and help them improve the sports environment in Montenegro. I believe that we will contribute to the achievement of more significant sports successes and the development of sports talents. “Bemax”, as a socially responsible company, will strive to support such and similar initiatives in the future – said Mijajlović after signing the contract, stressing that this step confirms the commitment of the “Bemax” company to social development.

Mrvaljević emphasized the importance of such initiatives, and that it is always worthy of respect when companies invest in young talents and sports, stressing that “Bemax” is recognizable for that.
- “Bemax” is a synonym for construction, creation, success, and above all for love for Montenegro. I want us to build the foundations of our club and future champions on those values. This donation enables us to build one of the most beautiful and modern judo halls in the region in Nikšić – said Mrvaljević.
The goal of cooperation, as he emphasized, is not profit, but the creation of a foundation for promoting sports and talented young athletes.
All participants of the “Ipon” club will have the best conditions for advancement. We will try to achieve their maximum and feel like champions – concluded Mrvaljević.

Judo club “Ipon”, which started its work on February 3, 2025, will focus on working with pioneers and cadets, with the aim of children adopting the philosophy of judo sport and universal values. In addition to Mrvaljević, Predrag Stanjević, former national team member and six-time champion of Montenegro, will lead the training sessions. The club hopes that through this project it will contribute to the promotion of Montenegro in the European and world judo environment.
