Bemax: Mijajlović was never the owner, co-owner or employee of the company
Any further publication of such information will be treated as a malicious attempt to manipulate and misrepresent facts, the company warns.
The Bemax company issued a denial regarding the text “Marijana Kadić Bojanić is being interrogated by the SSP due to contacts with the owner of Bemax” published today on the Radio-television of Montenegro portal, which was also reported by Analitika and which, they claim, contained incorrect and unverified information that Aleksandar Mijajlović was the “owner of Bemax”.
In the response, it is emphasized that the journalists of the media that published the contentious text did not contact the Bemax company in order to verify the information, but, as stated, untrue statements were published, including those implied in the title of the text.
“Aleksandar Mijajlović was never the owner, nor a co-owner, nor an employee of the Bemax company,” the company stated.
Bemax also says that this is the last time that the company sends denials to the media regarding, as they state, the repetition of incorrect claims that Mijajlovic was part of Bemax’s ownership or management structure. Any further publication of such information, they warn, will be treated as a malicious attempt to manipulate and misrepresent the facts.
It is also pointed out that if the company continues to publish incorrect statements in the future, it will be forced to use all available legal mechanisms to protect its reputation and interests.
