The location of the facility is located on UP 1 covered by the Spatial Plan of special purpose Bjelasica and Komovi, Detailed elaboration of the site “Kolašin 1450”, Municipality of Kolašin. The plot has an area of 1.9 ha.
The plot is on uneven terrain, with a planned road in the northwestern part of the plot.
The newly designed five-storey garage cascading follows the existing terrain topography. The dimensions of all floors are in accordance with the construction lines. The cascades are defined by a two-way car parking module for each floor. Each level of garage space is defined by a road, parking space, as well as paths for car access.
The construction is reinforced concrete, and consists of AB pillars 60 / 75cm with capitals, AB beams 60-80cm high, and AB slabs 20-25cm thick. The foundation of the buildings was solved on the AB foundation slab with counter capitals.
Each floor has a separate entrance in accordance with the project task. The floors are not connected by traffic, while the pedestrian connection of the floors is provided via stairs and escalators. On the northwest side of the building, the planning documentation envisages a road and connecting streets for four levels. Traffic access on the 5th floor is planned from the roundabout on the north side of the building.
