The realization of works on the Možura wind farm is divided into two phases.
The first phase included the construction of an access road that connects the Možura wind farm with the existing M-2.4 Bar-Ulcinj highway, as well as the construction of a service road within the wind farm along the Možura ridge, as well as the construction of access roads with platforms and access road to the substation.

The works on the first phase started in July 2016, and were completed in January 2017. The total length of the constructed roads is 14.08 km.
The investor is Možura Wind Park and the contractor is Shanghai Electric Power Engineering (Montenegro) LLC, while Bemax has been hired as a subcontractor for this project.

The second phase includes reinforced concrete works on the construction of 23 wind turbine foundations, works on grounding and laying of high current cables, as well as works on low current installations.
The deadline for completion of works is 4 months.
The investor is Možura Wind Park, the contractor is Shanghai Electric Power Engineering (Montenegro) LL.
The subcontractor is Bemax d.o.o.
