Portonovi Resort & Village

Porton’s Resort Village in Herceg Novi is a world-class tourist complex that covers an area of 26 hectares and 3.50 km of sea-coast length. The project envisages, among other things, the construction of luxury residential units (villas and apartments), as well as the most modern ports of nautical tourism (marinas).

Also, Porton’s Resort Village in Montenegro brings the prestigious hotel brand One & Only to build its first hotel in Europe of 5 star category. Investor of this project is Azmont Investments d.o.o., and the main contractor is Pizzarotti Montenegro d.o.o.

Bemax is a subcontractor on the project since September 2013, when we performed works on the removal of existing facilities at the site of the former Orjenski Battalion barracks in Kumbor, Herceg Novi municipality. The works were carried out in 3,5 months, and the value of the total investment amounted to 7,644,474.82 €.

 

 

 

After that, Bemax performed all of the most important works within the Portonovi Resort Village project:

  • Land works worth 5.549.808,06 €, which were implemented 24 months in the period 2014 – 2016.
  • Concrete, concrete and reinforced concrete works, works on drainage and drainage, insulation, masonry and various construction works on the facilities of the lower settlement LV01-LV04 in the value of 15,393,320.00 € in the period from December 2014 to May 2016.
  • Works on the construction of atmospheric failures C, E & F, in the amount of 1.113.154,46 € in the period from June 2016 to March 2017.

 

Within this project, we are currently engaged in the construction of Marina apartments & Fishermen settlement in the value of 7.407.477,13 €, which started in May 2016. We are building construction works on the construction of the One & Only Hotel in the amount of 13,469,742.74 € that started in July 2016, as well as construction work on Podium and landscaping in the amount of 2,647,623.80 € that started in April 2017.
