As part of the Porto Montenegro complex, Bemax carried out construction and construction works in the Regent pool club. These include earthworks, concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry, insulating works.

Regent pool club is a residential and hotel complex, which represents the continuation of the Hotel Regent and, with its arrangement, represents a very attractive building. Works on the complex were carried out in the period from January 2016. to June 2017. The investor was Lindner d.o.o. Tivat, and the value of the construction works carried out is estimated at 4,168,357.74 €.
