Construction of a residential and business building within the scope of the DUP Service and storage zone along the Stari Aerodrom railway. The construction of the facility is planned on urban plot 3 with a total area of ​​15,280 m2.

The location opens on the south side towards the boulevard of Josip Broz Tito, while on the other sides it will be bordered by planned roads.

The realization of the project is divided into two phases. The first involves the construction of an underground garage, while the second phase includes all above-ground floors. It consists of four lamellas, which consist of building units A, B, C, D and E.

The building has different floors, since it consists of four towers and three tracts. The number of storeys of the southern wing is G + P + 5, the number of storeys of the eastern and western tracts is G + P + 7, while the number of storeys of the tower is G + P + 9. The ground floor of the building is at the level of the sidewalk of Josip Broz Tito Boulevard. Gross construction area without underground premises 34,060.97 m2

A garage with 404 parking spaces is planned in the underground floor of the building, as well as technical rooms for its maintenance. Apart from the underground garage, parking is also planned on the plateau around the building, where another 71 parking spaces are planned. That makes a total of 475 parking spaces.

The ground floor of the building is intended for business, and there will be located the entrances to the buildings, as well as rooms for electrical installations and hydraulic installations. Also, on the ground floor, there are five pedestrian passages that connect the surrounding roads with the inner courtyard of the building. The project envisages a total of 44 business premises in the facility, 12 in Lamela 1, 13 in Lamela 2, 10 in Lamela 3 and eight in Lamela 4.

On the floors of the building there are apartments of various structures, from studios, through one-bedroom and two-bedroom, to three-bedroom apartments. The total number of apartments is 368, 97 in Lamela 1, 113 in Lamela 2, 89 in Lemela 3 and 69 in Lamela 4. When we talk about the structure, most will be one-bedroom apartments – 222. The complex will have 14 studios, 88 two-bedroom and 44 one-bedroom apartments.
