The settlement Lustica Bay is located on the peninsula of Lustica, which belongs to the Tivat municipality. This is the largest tourist investment in Montenegro that will, once the works are completed, represent the urban part of the new coastal city.
The investor of this project is the Swiss-Egyptian consortium Orascom, and the investment value is estimated at EUR 1.1 billion and as such is of great importance for the economy of Montenegro.

In the begining of works on Luštica Bay, the main contractor Besix has engaged us for performing rough construction works on 10 apartment buildings (Villas Lipa and Maslina). The total value of works at these facilities was 3,197,839.38 €. The works on these apartment facilities were performed in the period from July 2013 to April 2014.
In the period from December 2015 to June 2017, Bemax performed rough construction works on 16 apartment buildings (Villa Lavanda and Vila Ruzmarin), which amounted to a total of 6,557,534.32 €.
With the main contractor Besix, we continue to cooperate on the construction of 9 apartment buildings (villas Kamelija and Magnolia), located only 50 meters from the marina and the promenade. Works began in June 2017 and take place in accordance with the predicted dynamics. The value of works at these facilities is 4,472,597.66 €.
Within Luštica Bay, there are 7 high category hotels, of which the first 5 star hotel Chedi, will be the largest hotel building of this category in Boka Kotorska.
The hotel is located within the promenade of the first, of two marinas, which will be built in the complex Luštica Bay. The Bemax company performs rough construction works (earth works, concrete, reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, insulating works, etc.).
Works on all facilities are carried out in accordance with the standards of green construction, using regional building materials, water conservation, waste management and energy saving technology.
Work at the hotel was estimated at 4,042,469.24 € and started in February 2017 and takes place according to the planned dynamics.
