Emerald Residence, a new project of the VHM Development company, was designed as a rental concept in which a reliable and safe investment meets a unique vacation experience in the most picturesque landscape of Montenegro.
Despite the tourist potential of Žabljak, the standard purchase of apartments intended for renting does not necessarily represent a guarantee that the accommodation facilities will be filled even in the zenith of the winter and summer seasons, while, on the other hand, renting from the owner requires additional investments of money and time that we all lack. In the desire to offer real estate buyers a solution that brings a sustainable and constant return on investment, we designed the Emerald Residence concept and a new, different and more sustainable approach to investing.
